Yes — entirely free and no-obligation. After measuring up at your home we create a 3D render you can take home, rotate and share with family. Only when you sign off on the design does the order go into production. No deposit before that moment.
Small changes (front colour, handles) are usually free up to about week 2 of production. After that the bespoke joinery is already in motion and changes can carry extra cost. Major layout changes after ordering require a new order. We're always upfront about this before you sign.
