Showroom visits

Free and without obligation. We confirm appointments within 24 hours. No commitment to buy.

Quotes

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on the configuration agreed at the time of quoting.

Orders & production

An order is final when signed and a deposit is received. Small changes (front colour, handles) are free up to about week 2; larger changes may incur extra cost.

Installation

Installation is provided through our certified partner on the island. Warranty on installation: 2 years. We remain your single point of contact for service.

Warranty

Factory warranty applies on cabinets, fronts and built-in appliances. Specifics depend on product and configuration; we provide the warranty document with every order.

Disputes

We aim to resolve everything in conversation first. If a formal dispute arises, the law of Curaçao applies and the competent court in Willemstad has jurisdiction.
