We collect personal data only when you submit it yourself via one of our forms (appointment, quote request, contact). We use it solely to respond to your request and to plan your showroom visit.

What we collect

• Name, email, phone number (when you fill in a form)
• Your message and any preferences you share (kitchen choice, layout, budget)
• Date/time you would like to visit (appointment form)

How we store it

Form submissions arrive in our inbox (Info@keukenoutlet-curacao.com) and stay only in our email system. We do not maintain a separate database or CRM. If we use a transactional email service (Resend), the data passes through their servers in transit.

How long

We keep email correspondence for as long as the project is active + a reasonable post-completion period for warranty / service contact. You can ask us to delete your data anytime.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. Email Info@keukenoutlet-curacao.com and we'll handle it within one business week.
